- Liability: Chika Boutique is not liable for any damages, injuries, or illnesses.
- Exchanges: Incorrect shoe sizes may be exchanged within 7 days of receipt, provided they have not been worn. The shipping cost for exchanges is the responsibility of the purchaser. No refunds are given.
- Warranty: Non-sale products have a two-month manufacturing warranty (wear and tear not included), while all sale products have no warranty.
- Shipping: Products will only be shipped after the full invoice amount has been paid and the funds have been received.
- Intellectual Property: All content, images, and logos on the website are the property of Chika Boutique and may not be reproduced without permission.
- Governing Law: The use of the website is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
